We've been very careful with the Bumbo seat, since we know that its dangerous in certain situations. Grant likes to sit on his while we hang out in the kitchen. He also likes his ladybug book.

My Washcloth
The teachers at Elizabeth's give the babies clean washcloths to play with, chew on, and cuddle. Its funny- I've seen the baby girls actually play tug of war with them, because they can't find their own and try to take someone else's. This is Grant with his.

Happy Halloween!
We just put Grant to bed. He was one very tired cow. Cute, but tired. This orange outfit was what he wore to school. We waited until he got home to dress him in his cow outfit. I agree with Teresa- he's no troll baby!

Funny Hat!
Isn't this hat too cute?!? Its so big and fuzzy that he can't turn his head in the carseat with it on. It was 29 degrees this morning.

Picture of the Day
This is what I saw when I got to Grant's daycare- happy boy in a cute little seat. He wasn't in the same clothes as when I dropped him off, but its rare for an outfit to last all day.

Picture of the Day
I think I'm now addicted to taking pictures on my phone and sending them here. I hope it doesn't cost too much. Here is Grant on my lap this morning. I liked the picture, but when I saw it bigger I decided I needed to send more. See above.
Please remember to thank my sister if this new surge in photos pleases you. Its all her idea! Hugs to Aunt Teresa!

Picture of the Day- All Fired Up!
Here is Grant from last Saturday. He was hanging out while Mom and I painted pottery. Now that I know how to post pictures from my phone, I hope to get one up each day. Its much easier than downloading them from the camera.

Three Months Old

Gram and Grandpa got Grant this "Tiley" hat. We use it for walks. I thought he'd hate it, but he doesn't mind at all.
I had hoped Grant was sleeping. He'd been so quiet in his crib this afternoon. I felt sure he was asleep! Alas, he was just laying there, relaxing in his crib.

Grant loves the two sweaters Aunt Teresa has knitted for him. This one's a bit big, but he was so tickled when I was putting in on him the other day. He enjoys drooling on it. We are so glad that Grant has such a talented aunt. No silly store-bought winter cover-ups for this dapper baby!
I like these photos of Grant playing on the sofa. Its so like him- cute, happy, and in motion. I think the one below is my new favorite. I don't know how we got such a wonderful baby!

Our New Schedule

What a week!
Grant loves his Fisher Price "Kick and Drive". He can make it play music, light up, and spin by kicking the yellow thing at his feet or hitting the danglies with his hands.
Cute monkey outfit- the shirt is from Denlow and the shorts are from Rebe (one of the loving grandmothers). These pictures are all from today- there was an unfortunate incident with an unfastened diaper midday.

Eight weeks old!
I miss my Daddy! Isn't this the saddest little face you've ever seen?!? He doesn't cry much, but he knows how to do it!
A happy smile for Gram
This smiling picture rivals the overalls one for my favorite. He's just so sweet and happy. Most of the time.
Grandma Eileen gave Grant a kiss and left some evidence behind. Fortunately it was bath day.
A tired Grandpa with a happy baby. Grant is so good; he laid like this for forty-five minutes. He just let Grandpa snore away.
