Our Weekend
You can see I continue to work on Teresa's veggie quilt. Its actually been a quick turnaround- I've only had this one in planning since March. I usually take several years to get this far in a project.
We are going to Grant's best friend's birthday party today. Charley hit the big 0-1 yesterday- Happy birthday! Troy is currently out fly fishing. There is laundry and grocery shopping to be done.
We still love the playroom downstairs. It is great for early mornings in our jammies and hot days when we can't go outside.

We Have A Tooth!
After months of speculation, there is a tooth. We had people certain he was teething at 3 months: "Look at him chew! Look at him drool! He'll have a tooth any day!" We had a pediatrician tell us at 6 months that he'd have them by 7 months. We had a pediatrician recommend he get x-rays soon. But never fear, Grant got on it.

Dream
I don't usually post actual messages. I guess pictures are just easier. But I had my first dream about Daddy last night. Its not much, but its something. I dreamed that he called me up to make sure it was okay for him to come to Grant's birthday party on Saturday. I woke up feeling bad because it never occured to me to send him an invitation. So here it is...
Daddy- will you come to Grant's birthday party on Saturday? We'd love to have you there. I know you can't stay long. You have to make it to California to watch Teresa graduate.
There are lots of days that I still can't believe he's gone.
